This experience report refers to the demands identified by the collective health residence with an emphasis on agroecology at the University of Pernambuco - Campus Garanhuns, to better serve children and adolescents from the Fulni-ô indigenous village. With it, we intend to expose the current reality of this territory, which is alive and changes every second. It tells a little about the history of the municipality of Águas Belas, which is located in the center of the Fulni-ô indigenous village, its contexts, potentialities, and current demands. The methodology used to carry out this work in the field was participatory territorialization, which consists of visiting families in communities, aiming to learn about the reality of people, with dialogues about the local health situation, and directed to sociodemographic aspects. This process was carried out with the support of indigenous health agents from the new Fulni-ô segment, as a way of getting to know the reality of the village. The results observed as important approaches to bring about improvements and thus assist Fulni-ô children and adolescents are mainly the local water insecurity, the need for a specific political and pedagogical plan for Fulni-ô indigenous people in schools with students of this ethnic group enrolled, and assistance to specific health as well. We hope that with this update (after all, the territory is alive and changes at every moment) of the local context, more studies can emerge and that strengthening actions are added to the actions of our residency.
