O Ensino Médio e a identidade Pataxó na comunidade Indígena Coroa Vermelha

This article has as its research object the process of implementing the Coroa Vermelha Indigenous State College, how the demand for the College came about by the Pataxó Coroa Vermelha people and what its first decade of existence has been like. The research method used was Document Analysis, which has as its method analyzing documents to collect information, data, records indirectly, from the perspective of understanding the interpersonal relationships and people of those involved. After analyzing the information, it was possible to conclude that the College needed to overcome some diversities that are imposed on Indigenous Schools, however it is also concluded that the College is currently a space for collective construction by the Pataxó Coroa Vermelha community, with the perspective of adding the various strategies used by the Pataxó to strengthen, belong and maintain the otherness of being Pataxó.
